You will taste up to nine different Puerto Rican delicacies at various stops. Sample the best artisanal coffee in town, try traditional freshly baked treats, taste the most delicious locally sourced meat and produce on the island, eat freshly caught local fish, and enjoy a homemade ice cream pop made from all-natural ingredients. A refreshing rum cocktail will be paired with your meal. Our boutique tours are kept small in number to ensure that you don’t get tourist trapped. You'll enjoy the full attention of our guides and walk away with the best advice on what to eat, see, and skip throughout the course of your stay.
Other things to note
You'll meet your guide at Plaza del Quinto Centenario by the Totem Pole. Look for the orange umbrella! Transportation is not provided, but Old San Juan is easily accessible by ride share or taxi.

You'll walk at a relaxed pace along the historic cobblestone streets, and use gastronomy, history, and architecture as a passage to discover Puerto Rican culture. During your Old San Juan adventure, you'll see the second-oldest cathedral in the Americas, the oldest governor’s mansion in the Western Hemisphere, the fortifications, and more.
This was a super educational and beautiful activity. our host was so full of knowledge and excitement the food was really good and the views are to DIE for. There's Plenty to eat and make sure you have on sunscreen and tennis shoes because it's extremely hot and quite a trek. I feel like i learned a lot!

Our guide, Rocio, who is local to Old San Juan provided a wealth of information about the history of San Juan while showing us the local bars and restaurants notable to the area. She was on time, personable and a wonderful guide. We were able to try a variety of Puerto Rican cuisine at nice size portions so bring your appetites! Highly recommended!

Definitely a must tour to do on your first full day in Old San Juan! If you’re a foodie, and love learning culture this tour is for you. You learn and eat a lot!! Really great recommendations on food and drink spots, as well as great history lessons attached to the tour.

We did this tour on our last day in Puerto Rico before flying home. It was nice to learn the history of San Juan and Old San Juan while trying delicious food. There is plenty of food so make sure you go hungry. Would recommend this tour to anyone who is exploring Old San Juan.
