Every CTT is unique. We create it prior, or on the spot with the group. Different neighborhoods are better suited for better historical discussions. The participation of the group influences the trajectory of the experience.
Plaza de Mayo (Microcentro or "the city") offers the most possibilities because of its connection with the whole of "Capital." It doesnt matter if its at night or in the morning, like the saying says: "God is everywhere but he only attends in Buenos Aires."
In 3 hours we will witness and experience a historical milonga, fancy European architecture and cafes, impressive cathedrals, one of the best cultural centers of the world, street art, and, the true chaos of this wonderful port. All of this beginning from Plaza de Mayo. We always finish with some food. Usually, its pizza and Faina in one of my favorite pizza joints of the city around Obelisco, but it could also be empanadas in San Telmo.

We will go deep in what is called: Microcentro. First, the foundational grounds close to Plaza de Mayo, the old religious and intellectual hub of colonial times, and its role in developing the personality of the city. We will travel across time inside the "Paris of Latin America" and reveal the current political situation. The places we will discover are related with the chosen angle of discussion. Each CTT is unique and has a unique trajectory.

Our experience with Nikolas was absolutely wonderful. The tour was thoughtful and extremely well delivered. Every detail of this beautiful city that was discussed had clear insight and/or a story of how things came to be. Group involvement was always welcome and encouraged. OOOOOH MY GOSH!!!! You HAVE TO DO THIS TOUR!!! Nikolas is such a bright, insightful, interesting guide. My husband and I were hesitant to go on a walking tour because we have both been on some bad ones on previous travels- we decided to go last minute and we are SO GLAD we went. We have a brand new appreciation for Argentina’s culture, history, architecture, food... you name it, Nikolas knows about it!
