Hi , I love sharing what is good, we will taste the different types of port wine, (they are five, of different breeds and grapes). Eat some Portuguese snacks to accompany the wine. There will be a professional who will give a short description about what you are drinking, in this case Port wine.
Type of wine : Porto White/Porto Dry/Porto Tawany/ Porto Ruby/Porto 20 years. Whith cheese board and bread.

And of course, you can not miss: camera, and comfortable shoes

This experience is even close to several places of interest, we will be next to streets with centennial shops, local and typical . After the Port wine experience, a visit to Sé Cathedral, the oldest and first monument of Lisbon, began in 1147.

Unfortunately the port wine tasting was not at all what we had imagined. Ana was a friendly person but it had nothing to do with wine tasting. We were picked up and accompanied to the next wine bar, that the sommelier was not in the house and therefore could not give us an introduction to the subject of port wine, we found a bit strange. Then we tried 5 port wines, yes - one shared and with which vintage it was and whether it is sweet or dry. But in the end you can also read that on the label. There was chorizo and cheese with it. Finally I paid 120€ for a 60 min accompanied drink. Sorry but this is a tourist trap.

I enjoyded ”Porto wine Lisbon-experience” with my friendy hosts Ana and her husband Joao. We went to the typical portwine restaurant. There were served 5 different type of port wines and delicious portuguese sausage.
Personnel of the restaurant told us details of every wine. And my host told a lot of history of port wine and many intereting details and useful tips of Lisbon. Both of my hosts are touristic professionals and Joao´s background is also history teacher.
I really enjoed evening and want to give a strong recommendation for it.
