In the first hour, we'll train you as if you are preparing for the ring with fight-oriented drills including footwork, proper punching and kicking technique, shadowboxing, defensive movement, mitt-work intervals, and heavy-bag intervals.
During the last half-hour, you'll learn sparring drills and will also get the opportunity to test your developed skills in a live match with one of us in a fun and safe learning environment.
To conclude the session, we'll cool down with various abdominal exercises and stretches, reflect on the session with Q&A, and take pictures (optionals).
Other things to note
Arrive 5-10 minutes early before your lesson to check-in, sign a waiver, and change. We recommend hydrating and eating a nutritious meal at least two hours before training for optimal performance.
