We'll begin our day with coffee, raw treats and smoothies at the original Melbourne health cafe. Prepare to have your mind blown with beetroot chocolate brownies and tumeric chai lattes! I'll then be taking you for an epic HIIT workout on the beach followed by a blissful breathing meditation. We'll then head down to one of Melbourne's hottest yoga studios for a "touch of yin" followed by an instagram-breaking breaky to die for at arguably Melbourne's hottest brunch spot right now.

We'll be based in Elwood by the beach which is the wellness hub of Melbourne. This place is buzzing with healthy cafes, yoga, fitness, coffee, mindfulness and meditation. Approximately 15 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. You can Uber, drive or catch a train to Elsternwick station followed by a 15 minute walk.
Bring a towel, activewear, runners, water, a change of clothes if desired, a warm jacket, money to purchase food and drink. *guest's meal is at their own expense.
