Braids are quite the statement when you enter a room. Not only does it protect your hair if done correctly, braids can be artistic and stunning! This technique dates back to BC ancient times with roots out of Africa. Join me to enjoy the skills practiced by many women of all ethnic groups.

Braiding has been a passion of mine from the early 80”s. Images of Sleek braided styles and the introduction of processing curl using synthetic hair were my claims to fame! Making a style transform in front of your eyes. Simple box braids to running tresses. Wrapped dreads to micro braids. My love for braiding runs deep for it’s not only a fashion statement it is a day of joy and self reflection. The average session can run from 2 hours up to 10 hours. The time needed depends on the journey you would like to take. I’ve worked with and served clients over 20 years . It’s truly a skill imbedded into my heart.
