You'll spend a few hours in our beautiful apartment where we'll teach you how to make kimchi from start to finish. While we wait for the cabbage to brine, we'll make some grass fed beef (or mushrooms for a vegan option) with kimchi and an egg over rice. When we're all done, we'll taste our kimchi and send you home with one jar of kimchi to ferment! We want to be transparent about our pricing. You will get: 1 Quart Kimchi - $15.00 Lunch with Kimchi - $15.00 Knowing how to make kimchi - free! Recipe - free! And the overhead for running the experience is: Shopping & Preparation - $20.00 Cleaning - $15.00 Airbnb Fee (20% !!!!) - $16.25 We round down to $80 per person. :D The rest of the kimchi you make will go towards future experiences and feeding your hosts. :)
