Le Cinque Terre National Park in the Liguria Region: discover “The Five Lands” by the sea one of the most uncontaminated areas in the mediterranean sea.
We'll paddle along the beautiful coast, protected area part of the UNESCO world heritage, discovering hide coastal areas of that not everyone gets to explore. The 5 terre excursions are for all levels from beginners to expert paddlers and includes Stand Up Paddle lessons and the basics of safety in water environment.
We'll meet at the Monterosso train station, where will be headed to the beach for a quick briefing before starting paddle to discover hidden beaches, cliffs, waterfalls.
We'll be paddling in relax for 2 hours in a paradise of crystal water, vineyards clinging to cliff sides, and pastel harbors. We'll take a break to taste some local food on a secret spot where enjoy a natural shower, and if you want for some snorkeling around! You'll enjoy the relax paddling along the coast to a see some of the best views Cinque Terre has to offer, with a special perspective from the sea.
The activity is perfect for everyone, we will paddle at slow pace to fully enjoy the view and the sea.
Other things to note
The activity is recommended for all level of experience, experts and beginners, you'll have fun in total safety. A certified sup guide will be on your side during the whole activity.
The activity can be modified or canceled due to bad weather and safety reasons, in that case you'll be refunded.

Evocative and extraordinary: such is Cinque Terre Park. And the best way to get to know it is by paddling along the coast, out of crowds paddling in hidden bay over the sea rocks and the transparent water.
Along the way we'll find some place for snorkeling to admire flora and fauna species of the Cinque Terre marine protected area.

Tommaso is an excellent host who thought of everything from snacks to beverages, a sealed water bag to store our valuables, taking pictures and sending them to us later so we could enjoy the scenery, and providing as much snorkel and rest time as we needed before our return trip back. This was a once in a lifetime experience and we were grateful to get to spend it with Tommaso - thank you!

Our paddle boarding with Tommaso was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Italy! Tommaso was welcoming and thoughtful about every aspect of our adventure - he helped each of us feel comfortable paddling despite our differing abilities, he brought great food and water along for a picnic by the waterfall, took pictures of us paddling, and pointed out lots of cool details about the area.
