You will be showed the ingredients of 3-4 dishes and explained why those have been used for these food. You will understand why, what and how is the different between southern and northern style in preparing and cooking two of these dishes.
The recipe will be provided and each of you will take your own chance to follow and prepare the dishes from raw materials.
Chopping board, knife and kitchen utensil will be available with my assistance you will know how to help yourself get familiar with Vietnamese way to prepare and cook a meal.
Talking and sharing your stories with others during preparation and cooking will be really a great start for your interesting meal.

I love cooking and preparing meals for my family. Always curious about other cuisines, I can cook many ranges of food from soup to main courses and desserts. Beside Vietnamese dishes, Japanese and Thai's ones as Sashimi, Chawanmushi, Beef Yakiniku, Tom yum, salads also some of my best dishes.
As a local live in Hanoi almost 40 years, taste and the way of mixing in herbs, spices of Vietnamese cuisine for each dish becomes one of my sense. An amazing experience, the host carefully explains why the dishes you will cook have been chose and about the ingredients behind them. You will do a lot of testing and learning. The host is super welcoming, friendly and really knowledge. It was great fun cooking and learning about Vietnamese food. Drinks are also included. I couldn’t fault the host at all with her effort. Definitely recommend. The food you make is unreal

We had a great experience cooking with Ha and loved cooking in Ha's home and meeting her family! The experience was hosted on Ha's rooftop and we cooked three dishes (Bun Bo Nam Bo and two kinds of spring rolls) from start to finish. The food was all very tasty and we felt like we could replicate the dishes at home. Ha was very friendly and provided beer and tea in addition to the (plentiful) food.
