There are many different types and patterns of Traditional Thai Yantra Tattoos. Each one has a different meaning and purpose. They all feature ancient geometric symbols, animals or deity designs.
They are believed to offer protection to the wearer against bad luck, good fortune and for many other benefits...
Arjan Sompong is a renowned Yantra tattoo master with more than 15 years experience. He was a monk for 5 years. So he will give you some advice about the Yantra tattoo which suits you the most according to your aura. Anyhow you choose the design that you like by yourself. At the end of the session, you will be given a blessing from the master.
Arjan Sompong is the main Tattoo Master. But if he is not available, his best representative will replaces him to performs the ceremony and the Yantra tattoo. ( I will inform you in advance )
For the extra cost of a bigger size of tattoo than our standard size, it is not very high rate, starting from only 500THB for a small size / 1,000THB - 2,000THB for medium size / and for very large size is from 2,500 - 4,000THB.
If i can not go on this experience then my Co-Host will take care of you. Total guests in group is 1 - 4 person.
Other things to note
1 booking get 1 tattoo size 8x10 cm, for a bigger size you give extra cost to the Master.
Safe & clean with new needle & Ink cup.
If i'm not free my co-host will take care of this experience program.

I was born and grew up in this region. When i finished primary school, my parents sent me to the temple, so that i could have a better education.
I was a novice for about seven years and a monk for one year. It was one of a great time in my life. I had the chance to learn and practice many different things with my great teachers.
Nowdays, i take care of a tourism and accommodation business which i have been running for almost 14 years. I really love what i am doing now, also i enjoy sharing my experiences and my knowledge of our beautiful country, its culture and traditions with my guests.

We will go to a sacred and spiritual place called Samnak, in a small village of the country side. About 45 minutes drive from Chiang Mai city.
Please pay respect to the master's place. Do not drink any alcohol before going to see the master, otherwise the master will not do tattoo for you.
After the tattoo process finished i will take you to have lunch at a local restaurant. You will enjoy with a local tasty food.

This is truly a once in a lifetime experience. From the pick up at the airport, all the way to the drop off. Art was an amazing host. He really made sure I had a excellent understanding of the meaning of the tattoos and explained anything that I had a questions on. The Master and Art are both excellent people who are professional, patient, kind and want to make sure your happy with a smile on your face. The Masters place is very quiet and relaxing, a perfect setting for a tattoo date and intimate experience with the Master. After the tattoo Art took me to a local Thai restaurant which was incredibly unique and something I would never have done on my own. The food was great and very traditional! I can’t stress enough the kindness from these two guys! Everyone considering this should have this type of experience. The master does Bamboo style tattoos or machine style and will give you the choice. Be prepared for a little pain from the Bamboo tattoo, it’s totally worth it! Thank you Nikom, Art and the Master, you are first class!

Art was such a great host! From picking us up from our hotel, to explaining the history and meanings of the Sak Yant and Chiang Mai in general to taking us to enjoy local food. He made sure we were ok and happy every step of the way. And Master Sompong is very kind and skilled. We love our Sak Yant tattoos! Would definitely do this experience again.
