After getting sized up with equipment and safety gear/talk we head down to the water. From here we learn how to control your board with differant strokes, and paddling techniques.
Once comfortible on the board we paddle along the city's sea wall and explore from a new vantage point. Yaletown, Vancouver, and BC's historical, and nature points of interest are learned about. At the end you will know why one of the cities oldest area's looks so shiny and new.
Free photos of you and your family/friends are captured for you on the water in front of some Vancouver's famous sites.
Other things to note
Water shoes and wetsuit are not nessassary.
There is washrooms and change rooms located in the park to use before and after trip

I became a paddle Canda Certified instructor in 2013 and have been teaching and touring since. I have hosted and ran for the past years Salish Sea Sup crossing - an expert crossing from Nanimo to Vancouver.
Developing better in the sport I strated racing, and in 2017 I was 5th in BC SUP CUP. I have also taken part in many other water races/events around the world including Italy, Hawaii, Thailand, Galapagos, Mexico, and Tofino
Off the water I work in an Elementary school. I have complied my love for learning and knowledge of history together to make this experience interesting and unique to both the travler and Vancouverites alike.

It was unique, once in a lifetime experience to discover the history of Vancouver, BC while paddling in the midst of the historical False Creek. Kathleen is experienced and knowledgeable host. Very welcoming and accommodating. Recommended! if you wanna sign-off experiences on your bucket-list ;)

Kathleen is a great host, makes you feel safe and makes sure you have a fun time as well! The experience itself was magical - you can't see the shores of Yaletown any better way than this. Kathleen's equipment was top notch and the experience genuinely left me more intrigued to go paddleboarding more in the future.

Kathleen was an amazing experience host. She is very patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, and an easy going instructor. Gave very insightful tips and recommendations to the city as we paddled along the river. Personally I was behind everyone in the group and Kathleen took some extra time to help me one on one and had me caught up very confidently. Thanks again Kathleen!
