We will visit photogenic locations around Shoreditch for street photography and have your pictures taken.
The photographs will include a mixture of candid shots and stills showing urban landscapes, brutalism, light and shadows.
You will be in the heart of one of the most creative neighbourhoods in London and you will be rid of the selfie!
Photographs will be taken on a camera as well as a mobile device. You will have the mobile photos sent to you after the session and be ready for uploading. They will be tailored to what social media format you would like them to portray - for example an Instagram story update, Facebook update of you enjoying London, or a professional profile photograph.
Due to the high dynamic range captured by the camera, these photos will be post processed to bring out natural light and shadows. They will then be emailed to you after at most 3 days (including weekends).

Brought up in London, I am keen to show you my favourite places and interesting locations sometimes missed by the discerning photographer.
My method of street photography is based on textures and contrasts in an urban environment, rather than focussing on a particular subject.
The few images I have uploaded are in Black and White, as this is my preferred colour scheme, but I am happy to shoot in colour/RAW images if required.
Think dark shadows, candid shots, brutalism, dynamic foregrounds.

We will go around back streets, markets, record shops & viewing points. Each location captures a different energy and mood.
For the break, we will go to either a cafe or bar known for its nice design and ambience.

Selvan was great! We walked around a ton of hidden places throughout Shoreditch that I wouldn't have found otherwise. He knows great, off-beat spots in the area well and would often just say, "I just wanted to show you this cause it's something cool." It wasn't a formal photoshoot; he would take pictures at random in a very organic way. They were candid and came out wonderfully. His photography did a great job of capturing the area and are a great souvenir from my solo trip. Thanks Selvan!

Selvan was amazing despite hiccups that delayed me. We walked around shoreditch and did wonderful Black and White photos. They felt very classic. Despite not knowing where I was going, I never felt unsafe and we had lots of great conversation along the way. 5/5 would recommend and do this again.

A really awesome experience getting great shots with a noir style. The late evening sunset provided really good lighting. At the same time, the tour gives a taste of the vibrant local scene guided by an easy going, friendly, humorous, and worldly host. This is definitely an unique and memorable experience. Selena is really fun to work with! He takes you around Shoreditch and you shoot in several different areas. He does a really great job of capturing you and just as a tour guide. The photos are in black and white and I wish I had known that before, but it was still a great time!

Selvan has a unique eye on his daily life scene. We passed through many streets hardly found by a tourist, even by a normal local people. We had a great shooting hour.
Selvan is easy going even though later started to rain, we had a great time to chat and share our past travel experience.
If you like something different in you travel album and find local people to share ideas, I definitely recommend this experience.
