We'll meet at the heart of the city (Plaza grande) in front of the Cathedral, I'll walk you through the 60th street showing the main churches, buildings and parks. I also will take pictures in interesting spots of the iconic street. We'll get to Café Riqueza, where I'll give fresh water and we'll talk about the context, history and value of mexican coffee, then about the process of its production. In the meantime I'll prepare the table to show how to make delicious coffee extractions in two different artisanal methods: Chemex and the traditional Canixa. At the end we'll discuss and compare their tastes and we'll get a cute picture at Riqueza.

I'm a huge fan of coffee, specially the mexican one; I've explored many coffee shops in the U.S. and Mexico, and tasted all different kind of brew bar. I'm currently studying communication sciences and love teaching.
