Are you a Great Britain lover and a French sweet tooth?
Are you fond of big British layers cakes, cupcakes, pies or other sweets flavours your tasted during your trip around United-Kingdom, but really not fond of buttercream, too much sugar etc.
Me too! And I brought from my travels amazing British and Scottish recipes that I twisted with a French touch.
You could learn to bake Gin&Tonic Parisians macarons, Whisky Babas, Fancy Shortbreads, Lemon Bakewell Tart, Carrot Cake and even more...
You won't find already-made custard or shortcrust pastry, we'll make everything from scratch for our pastries. I will teach your how to succeed in every step of the recipe, so don't worry about your cooking level, I'll make sure you don't get lost and you enjoy it.
While our pastries are baking, you'll enjoy a cup of tea and you will be able to ask all the questions you want about British and French food.
Finally, you'll take home your pastries. I'll send you the full recipe with detailed instruction so you can enjoy making them for your friends and family.

I live in 19e arrondissement. Very close to the romantic Buttes Chaumont Park. We'll cook in my kitchen. And enjoy a drink in my living room.
