I do not follow the “one size fits all” approach. Each of my sessions will be tailor made to suit your needs and I make sure the menu for the day is prepared keeping in mind your objectives. I host these sessions in the warmth of my own home and we will be cooking up delicious fare together in my own kitchen. This way I feel, we will get to know each other personally, may be have a couple of drinks together while we cook up a storm. This also helps me to personally attend to each of you, answer all your questions, take you through all the ingredients, let you touch and smell and experience the variety of spices and condiments I have stocked up in my larder. The method of instruction will be largely demonstrative, although you will of course be trying things out with me, so that you develop enough comfort to work on your own at home. You may pick from the following options, depending upon your interests, dietary restrictions and the like: 1. Experiencing God's Own Country: A Kerala Meal 2. Exploring riches up-north: A Mughalai Meal 3. Let’s go veggie: a Vegetarian/Vegan meal 4. Discovering the exotic East: a Bengali meal 5. A trip by the sea, indulging in Coastal flavours
Food has been my first love for as long as I can remember. I come from a family of brilliant home chefs and I have grown up tasting great food. Most of the recipes I use are heirloom pieces that are fail proof and have been passed on for generations, each generation adding that little extra bit. Although I hail from the gorgeous state of Kerala in South India, I have spent a fair share of my life in other parts of India and during this journey, I have managed to pick up recipes and techniques that are culinary gems from professionals and homes alike. Passing on this wisdom is my calling!

I will be conducting classes in the warmth of my apartment, in my kitchen. This will give you access to my personal spice cupboard as well - mostly collected from my backyard back home in India!
