We will start at one of the best places in the city to see the sunrise.
(I´ll be offering this tour also at sunset´s, so make sure to choose the right Sun option ;)
After enjoying the view, we will make a short hike through the Tijuca Forest until a beautiful waterfall, where will enjoy a swim to energize our body and mind.
As we have this amazing perception from the National Park of Tijuca consider the Largest Urban Forest in the World, we will now move in direction to the old neighborhood from Santa Teresa, the most Romantic and Bohemian place of Rio, where will stop to try the Best Açai fruit and Pão de Queijo from the City.
Our experience will bring us a mix of sensations, views, histories and tastes of Rio…
Be ready, we will have a few “Surprise” stops during The Forever Young Project.

Allen’s a local of Rio who can show you all the best hidden spots. Within one morning he took us to two hidden waterfalls, amazing lookout points and introduced me to the best Pao de queijo in Rio. Apart from the tour, he’s had recommendations for other things to do in Rio. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re in town for a short while.

This is one of the best experiences I have had. Allen is a great host. We started the day with stretching at the lake, went up to see the sunset, then an amazing hike in the Tijuca forest. I learned so much and he showed me areas of the city that are gems. The most important thing is that the forever young project has been enlightening in my life. Allen has continued to help me while I’m in Rio. Making my stay memorable. Highly recommend you do this as soon as you get to Rio.
