The next we can discus about what kind of training you want, for example, some stretching, power training, just cardio or other.
Than we will warm up and after it will do exercises and in the end will cool down and stretch.
I can apply workout for almost every sporty preparedness so don't need to worry about that you can't to do something or will be too hard.
