We'll meet near the city center where I will introduce you this amazing town.
First of all let's discover the "indianos" houses we have around menawhile we walk to downtown. Most of these houses are built into the Modernist Style so I will explain about the architecture and the story of each house.
At the end of this Indiano's promenade, we will reach the Sitges center, where one of the most representative houses take place. Thereupon we are going to pass through the old, main and only entrance to get into the ancient Sitges reaching the old town where we will found all the historical buildings as the Church, the ancient Castle, the Cau Ferrat museum and the Maricel Palace. Let's explain its individually history and some secrets.
Be ready to pass through one of the most ancient street of this town where a beautiful secret hides in it.

I am Marta, I am 45 years old and I have been showing my town for the last 25 years to everyone, so I know Sitges and its history very well. I have been involved in many cultural activities and events in Sitges for the last twenty five years and was excited about the possibility of showing Sitges to visitors in a more exciting way. I speak Catalan, Spanish, English and French.

Let's start walking to downtown meanwhile we see the "indianos" houses built into the Modernist Style, walking through the Carrer Illa de Cuba (Street) Carrer Jesus (street), Cap de la Vila, going through the Carrer Major reaching the old part of Sitges finally where we will find all the historical buildings. A big surprise is waiting for us at the end of the visit with a beautiful secret!

I would highly recommend this to anyone who visits Sitges. It made all the difference that you see and know far more than if just wondering around on your own. Marta is so welcoming and genuinely proud of her city that you can easily sense that warmth and connection. She is an absolute delight!

Marta was absolutely charming and so knowledgeable. She took her time explaining the beautiful sites as well as the history, And she is a Star is Sitges! I felt like I was walking with a town celebrity which made it all the more special. Marta's passion and experience made the tour all the more special. Highly recommended!

Marta was a lovely host and very helpful, from meeting me on the street (because I got lost), to giving directions and suggestions of where to go, to helping me schedule my return to the airport.
The room is small, but very nice and clean, as was the bathroom we shared. She prepared breakfast every morning. She even shared a bottle of wine and chat one evening with me.
I had a nice time in Sitges, from beach, a private tour booked through Airbnb, museum, to shopping....
The only thing I would worn anyone of is to note it does not have air conditioning. There is a fan in the room though.
