Before our session, I will send out a questionnaire to get to know you a bit better and to be able to tailor the session to your specific needs. We will meet at my penthouse. Upon arrival, we will conduct a short meditation and intention setting practice, and begin our session. Together, we’ll will dive in and I’ll show you a coordinated set of techniques and then we will discuss how to tailor them to your life. The schedule will be as follows:
1:00 pm: Welcome & Introduction
1:15 pm: A short guided meditation
1:30 pm: Review answers to your questions
2:00 pm: Teaching and instructions
2:30 pm: Group exercise
3:00 pm Integration with your personal life
By the end of this session we will have constructed a practical mindfulness practice that you’ll be able to implement in your every day life! Groups will be kept small so everyone can have personal attention.

The session will be conducted at my penthouse. There is plenty of space with, both, indoor and outdoor space if the weather is bad. We may also conduct the session at a beautiful park nearby if the physical level of the group allows it.
