Meet in Hout Bay marina to board the catamaran. No prior sailing experience is needed for the trip, and your host will show you how to operate the sails.
We will sail past the Twelve Apostles, Llandudno, Camps Bay and Cape Town before anchoring for the night. Then we’re on our way north to pass further islands before entering Langebaan lagoon. The last day of our adventure together, we will enjoy a relaxing breakfast on board and after a sail around the lagoon we will disembark at Club Mykonos.
Food and drinks are not provided (only coffee and tea is provided), but we’ll happily take you to the shop to buy provisions for the trip.

Mark, your skipper and host, is an old-salt with a lifetime experience in sailing. He has crossed both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans several times each and knows the Cape Coast like the back of his hand. He will entertain you endlessly with his local knowledge of the area and its beautiful wildlife.

Mark is one of the finest people I’ve ever met. He is wise, respectful, confident and peaceful. The weather required us to make some adjustments with the schedule, which worked out perfectly. During the rough waters, Mark was calm - I always felt safe. It was fun to help out with the sail and anchor, and by the time we departed, I wish I could have stayed on board much longer. I especially liked the dark, night sky- the stars popped- and quietly taking that in with Mark, is a memory I will never forget. I highly, highly recommend this adventure.
