We can offer you transport (go and back) from your hotel (in Lima or Punta Hermosa) and you have the option to take only a single surfing class (in Lima) or a full day with us looking for the best surfing spots of the day and discovering the south coast of Peru (Punta Hermosa to Cerro Azul) and its gastronomy. We usually go for a breakfast ( on our way) in a tradicional wood oven to taste typical breads ( olive, cheese, meats, ects.) and then go looking for the best spots (depending on your level and waves conditions). After our surfing session (2-3hours depending on level), we have lunch in the best local restaurant (at your own cost) for you to discover the whole taste of Peruvian gastronomy ( depending on your food requirements). During the surfing session we usually offer camera and drone video (additional options) to make sure you will get a good feedback and help you to improve your surfing level. Finally, we will give you a ride back to your hotel or your house. We always try to transmit the Peruvian culture and show beautiful landscapes on our way to the surfing spots. (Including full transport, surfing class and equipment, it doesn’t include the restaurant consumptions).

We give you towel / the equipment for surfing (if you are beginner)/ in winter we recommend full wetsuit / both money are accepted dollars or soles / we recommend sunblock and repellent

We are a surfer couple with multicultural roots (francesa y peruano). Mi husband, Karin, is Vice-President of the ISA (International Surfing Association), President of the ALAS Latin Tour and the PASA. We both have huge experience in surfing events organization as we organized various ISA World Surfing Championships within Latin America. My husband is also an official ISA instructor. We have our own surf school and hotel. We both speak Spanish and English, I also speak French. Karin can teach to both initial to advanced surfers. Here there is not a single day without waves, come to join us!

體驗地點
Punta Hermosa is in the South of Lima, the heart of surfing . There is not a day without a wave.We have both left and right waves, big and small, sand beach and rocks. The two main spots are Caballeros and Señoritas. When the swell is big we have an incredible wave called Pico Alto. There are many waves all around the south coast from Lima to Cerro Azul (option Paracas). We also have 5 minutes drive a great spot for big waves "Punta Rocas".

Not only is surfing an amazing experience but getting taught by the amazing Xperience Surf Trip Perú team was absolutely incredible! They are timely, helpful, and thorough with all of the prep involved with the sport; they’re friendly and will help anyone succeed on their first try!! Whether it’s in Punta Hermosa or the Costa Verde, they will take care of it all. My daughter and I are already planning our next visit in July 2019.

The trick with booking AirBnb experiences is to be flexible. Our surf adventure almost didn't happen due to the holiday season and because the ocean wasn't cooperating. So, make sure to communicate well with Johanna before your booked class and have a back up plan. My review here wouldn't be fair since Johanna actually recommended cancelling our lesson, but because we had set aside the entire day for this experience we asked her to still try to make the surf lesson happen. We didn't get the full 9 hour experience described (we ended up off Lima City with two instructors for an hour long lesson), but it was worth it since we really want to try surfing in Peru. We appreciated the focus on safety and it was nice to have everything provided (surf boards, wet suits, photographer, transportation).
