I will pick you up in Malaga city center with my van and we will go to the WORLD HERITAGE SITE by the UNESCO: El Torcal de Antequera. We will do a 3 hours hike through the Natural Park of Torcal de Antequera. There, we will discover this incredible and unique place: the plants, animals, landscape and the amazing geologic shapes.
I will explain to you why this amazing landscape has been made in this way. We will stop by in different view points where you can take pictures of the incredible scenery. You can not find a landscape like this one in other part of Europe.
We will cross some griffon vultures, wild goats, and some little reptiles. Moroever, there is a fox that sometimes appears looking for food.
We will discover the Ammonites hidden in the park and the different shapes drawn by the stones: the sphinx, the robot, the screw, the cathedrals...

Starting from Málaga (i will pick you up), we will do a special route in the area where we will be able to interpretate the landscape, understand the geologic process, and see some spots most of the visitors miss.
We will see ammonites, mountain goats, griffon vultures, etc
We will leave the common paths to discover surprising figures made in the stones during the last millions of years.
Once we finish, we will come back to the starting point.

Such an incredible experience! Alfonso is professional and personable.
This is an easy hike with incredible views. The pictures and videos he has posted in the description are accurate! It was a lot of fun and definitely recommend Alfonso as a guide. He offers several different types of excursions!

The tour was fantastic and well-organised. Alfonso is a very friendly and funny guide/geographer who knows the ins and outs (e.g. locations of fossils, vulture nests) of El Torcal de Antequera. The tour was semi-private (we had 6 people) which meant that we got to befriend everyone in the tour. The hike was not tiring despite rocky terrains. Definitely worth going for the breathtaking and unique scenary!

I would really recommend this hike. It is an absolutely wonderful place and Alfonzo was the perfect guide, didn't go too fast, gave a lot of information, (but not so much that you felt that you were overwhelmed). He provided all the things he advertised, picked us up promptly and we traveled in in a very comfortable van. It was an experience that was well worth it!
