Let's get brewing!
Have you ever been sipping on our kombucha and wondered how do they make this taste so good? Or have you ever been curious about just what goes into kombucha? Or are you interested in homebrewing your own batch of kombucha? I have something that may help you out.
You'll have the chance to ask all your burning questions about kombucha and learn how to make your own brew at home. This class includes everything you need brew your very first batch: a fermentation vessel, SCOBY (the culture used to make kombucha), and starter.

At the class we will look at ingredients, equipment, primary fermentation and secondary fermentation techniques, how to achieve good carbonation, flavour development and how to store Kombucha and propagate scobys.

Making your own kombucha not only saves you money but gives you control over the flavour and freshness and means you always have a refreshing live probiotic drink always on tap.

First I was introduced to kombucha by my dear friend and it was love at first sip. I was inspired by fermentation techniques and culture going back thousands of years. I decided to brew my own kombucha old-school way, fermented in small batches using a long-aged brewing process which removes all of the sugar and turns it into healthy live cultures and organic acids.
