We create a comfortable nest on the floor to lie down. This allows you to deeply relax. We engage in dialogue for about 10 minutes so we can understand where you are and what you would like to receive from the session. I will teach you the conscious connected breathing technique then we play a music compilation for approximately 20-25 minutes while we breathe. We follow with 10 minutes of relaxation and integration.
Each session is unique and experiences can be different for each individual or from one Breathwork session to the next. You may experience the following, but your experience is not limited to the following benefits:
Benefits of Breathwork:
• Reduced stress, tension or constriction
• Feelings of openness, love, peace, and gratitude, clarity, connection
• Release of trauma or mental, physical and emotional blocks
• Release of anxiety, depression, fear, grief and/or anger

The root of all behavior begins with our breath. I diagnose and facilitate a healing modality that explores breath awareness and breath consciousness. I am the founder of A Breath of Wellness - a private practice dedicated to Integrative Breathwork Therapy. My own practice began in 2008, and over 10 years later I have explored, experienced and found a way that heals using the wisdoms with the mindbody intelligence. This modality can be used to heal past wounds or deepen unique awakenings. No experience necessary, only the desire to go inward.

The session will be hosted at the Breath of Wellness Studio. A private office with water view and privacy. A place to allow emotions flow with security and safety.
