體驗簡介
We'll meet at the first restaurant stop and you'll learn a little more about what to expect from your tour experience. We want to make sure that you have fun, learn a few new things, and end up pleasantly full by the end of your tour.
Sample Southern comfort food in a Prohibition-era bar where John F. Kennedy proposed to Jackie Bouvier, sip tea near a canal once used to transport goods to the West, and taste socially-conscious street food that helps feed refugees.
Once a thriving port town, Georgetown is DC’s oldest neighborhood and still reveals glimpses of mule-drawn boats and flour mills. Discover Georgetown’s cosmopolitan past, where people from every continent and many religions lived together and built an eclectic culinary community.
If you listen closely, you’ll hear melodies from one of the oldest jazz clubs in the country, or feel the chill from the spookiest stairs ever used in film history. More than just a premier shopping destination, Georgetown has a delicious and culturally-diverse history that might surprise you.
Other things to note
The tour goes out in rain or shine so dress appropriately.
A percentage of your ticket will be donated back to help feed the community through our partnership with Bread for the City.

I have a passion for making the world a smaller place by connecting people to community through stories, culture and of course, food!
My husband, Stefan, and I love to travel and always enjoy learning about where we are by tasting the food that makes that area unique. We decided that nothing would be better than sharing the rich history of our home city of DC than by developing tours that allow our guests to learn about different neighborhoods and their stories through food!
I'm also a mom! My daughter's first “real” food was Japanese ramen in Okinawa, Japan.

We have coordinated with all of our restaurant stops ahead of time. Our route is specially designed to avoid the heavy pedestrian areas along M St. While Georgetown has a reputation for upscale shopping and expensive real estate, we'll explore the diversity that lies in the history of the neighborhood.

The food and history tour of Georgetown, DC was really good but fell short of the 3 hour stated duration and was finished in two hours. Really loved it though but would prefer to know if it’s only going to be 2 hours. Food tastings were excellent.
