It’s a beautiful time to be out in nature. We can maintain property distancing while enjoying everything the canal has to offer. We will meet at Canalside Experiences, which is very easy to find and then take a 1.5 hour paddle of the Cayuga-Seneca Canal, an extension of the Erie Canal, that connects Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. Along the way we will look for local wildlife .... bald eagles are a possibility, along with hunting Osprey, Great Blue Heron, and a variety of sparrows, swallows and warblers. Beavers are resident along the canal and we will see evidence of their work. This is one of my favorite places to paddle and I look forward to showing it to you! If you don't see a time that is agreeable to you, get in touch with me and we can try to meet at a time that is good for you!

The Canal is calm with little boat traffic. Nature abounds. There is also great history here. This length of water was at one time unnavigable but was modified to allow boats for commerce. It is now solely a place to paddle and boat for pleasure. Come spend some time there!
最多可供6位年滿5歲的旅人參加。 Guests should be comfortable near water and ideally know how to swim. Some paddling experience is helpful but not required.
