We’ll explore the rich flavors of Mediterranean cuisine in this interactive cooking classes.
We'll start with the house special dish: the homemade ndunderi with smoked mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
we will cook together also other specialties as eggplants casserole, fish with potatoes and I'll give to you also my secret recipe of the Limoncello.

The coast was becoming a new destination and to raise the funds needed for the remodel, bothe worked as waiter and as cook. In 1971, The Hotel Margherita officially opened Nonna Margherita's dream of cooking in her own Kitchen

We loved the class with Nonna Margherita. She shared a little history of herself and we made a delicious meal that I know we'll make again and again for family and friends at home. It was simple, and so delicious. We were able to meet others in the class and overall, it was a lovely day.

Cooking with Nonna is an amazing experience. A highlight of our trip to Positano. Nonna made us feel welcome and treated us to a hands-on cooking experience in her hotel kitchen! The other staff members were friendly and helpful, as well. We enjoyed the recipes that we cooked with other delightful participants on the rooftop of Nonna’s beautiful hotel overlooking the town of Praiano and the sea. The food was delicious and the views and company were delightful!
