I am an event designer/manager specializing on event design and team building activities over for 6 years. I have participated in many gastronomies and traditions festival presenting the Deli Stories, as well as designing team building activities. I design every event in order to communicate with the participants in an interactive way and create with them strong feelings. I think our memories in every trip are connected with the tastes we enjoy. The inspirational local stories we learn from the communication with the locals create beautiful feelings and make each trip a unique experience

I went on this experience with my mother and sister in October 2019.
We met at a wonderful little cafe off the beaten track in Rodos Town, although it was a different location than we expected, it was truly lovely.
We were met by Katerina and Amelie, who were wonderful hosts. Their English was excellent and we had great conversations about our lives.
Before the experience, I contacted Katerina to inform her that we were vegetarian and she said it wasn't a problem and all the food were ate would be suitable for us.
We started by making a traditional savory treat which we will definitely try when we return home. Being able to make the dish was great.
We were then served delicious Greek Meze, the best we had on our whole holiday, and tasted a yummy 'sweet of the spoon'.
Throughout, we were told the history behind the food which, I don't think, we would have learnt otherwise, it was really interesting.
We had a wonderful night and stayed longer than expected because we were enjoying their company so much.
We are truly glad we booked on this experience and would recommend.
