ANYDRO FARM produces, processes a variety of local organic products, with tomato “caviar” paste being one of the most celebrated Santorinian products. The farm is a series of traditional caves, located in the undiscovered southeast part of the island. We will handpick local season products from the farm and we will offer you a cooking class on how to prepare some traditional dishes. During lunch, we will vividly introduce you to the waterless farming of our local products.
WALKING in Megalochori Village
Megalochori is a beautiful traditional village. We will walk through the “kadounia”, stone pathways forming a maze, where you can feel the authentic island vibe, away from the tourist masses.
WINE TASTING AT CANAVA GAVALAS
We continue our experience with tasting different varieties of Santorinian wines – accompanied with Greek cheese and oven-baked cheese.
VENETSANOS WINERY: During our last stop, we will visit Venetsanos Winery Museum and we will take another tasting of Venetsanos wine overlooking the famous caldera and volcanic bay. An image will never forget!

Forty years ago my family visited for the first time Santorini and fell in love with the island and its rich farming history and set as a life goal to revive the production of the Santorini cherry tomato. After many years of collecting seeds and recording the traditional farming and processing ways, we initiated our own organic tomato farm, that resulted to award-winning products and the re-establishment of tomato production in the island. Nowadays, we continues producing local products.

Thank you to our guide Kostas, driver Kostas and Andros owner Petros for a fantastic 6 hour tour. We had an organic farm tour, lunch, village tour and 2 wineries. Highlight for me was the tomatoes and great company for the whole tour, 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful experience which gave us the opportunity to get to know Santorini from the kitchen :) Loved Anna who made the whole experience feel extra special to us and she bent over backwards to entertain our little fella who we brought along. Anna is a really warm and bubbly person and has a true passion about Santorini. Highly recommend the whole experience to anyone visiting! Thanks again!!

This was a lovely itinerary with a variety of experiences including learning about the particular cherry tomatoes and cooking a delicious lunch together, a tour of Megalachori, and a few stops along the wine trail. Anna was delightful and shared interesting insight into the island and the resiliency of its residents throughout history. This is so much more than the typical wine tour. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful experience. My husband and I did this for our first day in Santorini and it was the perfect welcome to the island. Anna coordinated our pick up, was lovely, friendly and explained the history of the island beautifully. I loved that she took us off the beaten path to Megalochori which was quiet and tourist free, answered our architectural questions expertly, and in explaining her daily life, great insight into the life of a local. My husband especially enjoyed the authentic Greek lunch and the sunset views. This is a great way to experience a real slice of Santorini. 10/10 recommend.

Vegan friendly experience!! Anna was our guide and she was incredible!! We are so glad we got out of Oia to see the rest of Santorini and cook authentic food. We learned a ton about the wines, history and culture. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone. Drinker or non drinker. :)
