Homemade pasta ... an Italian rite
Pasta is a healthy and balanced dish at the base of Italian cuisine. We will show you how easy it is to bring old traditions to the table with flour, eggs and a little energy.
Recipes that we will cook together:
- Basic dough for egg pasta
- Preparation of tagliatelle or lasagna and preparation of the sauce that can be sauce, tomato or a sauce with seasonal products.
- Preparation of stuffed ravioli

with this lesson we want to make you spend a fun and relaxed day learning something of the Italian tradition

With my sister in law we decided to get involved and we have enriched our knowledge with different courses because the kitchen is a perfect combination of tradition and innovation and so we opened this school: Cooking Class Venice. Furthermore we are both sommelier certified because in addition to good food we like to combine the right wine.

For the cooking class we will go to my house where a good glass of wine awaits you as a welcome and where we will spend a pleasant morning.

This experience was amazing. They were very kind and willing to meet even after all of the flooding the previous week. We met at a general location which we were able to easily walk to. When we got to the apartment, it was beautiful and welcoming. We learned how to make 3 different kinds of pasta and 2 types of sauce. They made everything seem so easy and we all felt confident that we could make the food once we got back home. This experience really made my trip amazing and it was the best food we had during our time in Europe. I would highly recommend this cooking class.

This was the highlight of both mine and my girlfriend’s trip to Venice. The hosts were so welcoming, they made the process fun and completely interactive. We got to learn something new every step of the way, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend!
