In this workshop, we will go over the basics on what is a birth chart, how to look one up. We will go through the basic symbolism of the signs, houses, and planets in a fun and interactive way. Depending on the group size/experience levels, we will also divide into groups and practice reading each other's charts.
We will conclude with an open discussion where we can go deeper on any subject you desire, eg. relationship astrology, health and astrology, and business astrology are just a few examples of topics we might cover.
This fun and informative class is perfect for anybody who is looking to explore astrology. Novice, intermediate, and experts alike will gain new ideas and perspectives to further explore their own individual practice. A useful class for all!

I have been studying astrology for 15+ years, and I work every day to continually develop my practice. I love sharing this work. I firmly believe that astrology is tool for individual empowerment, insight, and inspiration, as well as interpersonal and even global/transpersonal cycles and dynamics. Practical Astrology centers around the idea of applied astrology. In my experience, astrology is incredibly useful when applied to day-to-day, mundane reality; understanding the world around us, and being mindful in how we choose to engage ourselves. Interesting experience. Nike has so much knowledge and experience that she can easily answer questions and point the inquiry to the correct context. There may have been way too much information for very beginners to absorb so I’m still not sure I even know the correct questions to ask.
