When you come on a Foodcraft experience, what you're paying for is a specially customised eating experience that you can't easily recreate on your own. The itinerary and places we dine at all depend on the type of experience you want and how long you'd like to eat for.
To give you an idea, a Foodcraft experience is typically 3 to 4 hours in length, involving the best eateries across Auckland. It's designed to be fun, personalized, knowledgeable and authentic. You get picked up, driven around to each eating destination, fed and dined and dropped off at the end of the tour. All you have to do is sit back, relax and eat. Sounds like you? Well, here's the kicker.....
Our itinerary curation is what makes the experience truly special. We don't partner up with vendors, or go to the same places each time. If you care about eating the best of the best and not settling for average, then this experience is for you. There are no menus. We'll have pre-ordered everything prior to the tour starting to create a unique eating experience of some of the best dishes across cuisine and type in Auckland. One thing I'll guarantee is you'll laugh lots, take heaps of photos and eat some amazing food.

Don't eat too much prior to a tour. Dress how you want. Get your smile on. Be prepared for a really good time. Tour costs cover food (full dishes, not tasting samples), transport, time, and curation.

I love Auckland and I genuinely want to handhold anyone new here to make sure their experience of this city is as enjoyable as mine. From the age of 5, I've had a lifelong love for cooking, drinking, eating and dining, culminating in some unforgettable experiences in Auckland and living and working abroad. My relationships with restaurants across Auckland allows me to curate a unique eating experience across random eateries in different parts of the city. With the 2nd largest urban sprawl of any city in the world, you'll be glad to know that on your Foodcraft tour, you won't be stuck in a fixed area or location. This ensures you legitimately experience the best dishes this city has to offer. Eat well and see Auckland. Doesn't get better than that.

Charlie was great! Prompt, courteous, charming. FABULOUS food at hip places, but the best part was just getting driven around and taken care of by Charlie for the evening. Plus he took a lot of time with us before our trip to share planning advice. Very helpful. Loved it all!

Meeting Charles and being taken to dinner, covering three distinctly differing restaurants, was a highlight on our trip to NZ. Charles is very knowledgeable about the eateries, the food served, and the locale for each stop on our foodie adventure. Beyond the eating part, I want to comment that Charles provided a lot of excellent information prior to our trip as to where to visit and what to expect on our travels.

Ou wau! Charles really knows where to take you. It was the best eating experience ever! Truly recommend this one! Charles is nice and social and good company to eat with! Explains foods that are not familier to you and will tell you lots of things that you propably would not know. Loved this one! And would do it again!
