My place is just a 3-minute walk from the Yushima station on the subway's Chiyoda Line. It is in the Ueno neighborhood and will take about 15 minutes if you walk from Ueno.
Learning to play Go with Fuko was great fun! We were invited into Fuko's home for a fantastic homemade dinner, introduced to her wonderful friends, and got to experience the tradition of this 4000-year-old game with professional players at an authentic Go bar. Fuko taught us the fundamentals of the game and guided us through various strategies with both patience and humor. I can't imagine a more unique and special Tokyo experience and highly recommend it to all who travel there.

I had a ton of fun learning to play Go with Fuko! She was an excellent teacher and fun person to talk to. It was cool hanging out with her and her friends and tasting Sake and overcoming the language barrier with shared passions for gaming. I would recommend learning Go basics before attending to maximize your experience!
