I can't wait too share the BISTECCA ALLA FIORENTINA, me (Alberto) and my partner Lorenzo, want to start this idea after being traveling around the world discovering about the best cuts of meats. You will discover how to make the best Sunday BBQ with your friends & family after this experience, Why not take with you something from our knowledge to your home. We decided to share all our knowledge on a private experience in lorenzo's restaurant that is the best steakhouse in town. 1. Welcome Drink and an appetiser. 2. Will be explained the different types of meats and cuts that you can find on a beef. 3. A short history about how bistecca Fiorentina was born. 4. Serving the starters (beef tartar, bone marrow, bruschetta and tasting chianti classico) 5. We will show you how to cut the steak and then how to cook it. 6. Serving two different type of Florentine steaks between (pezzata nera/Chianina/Aberdeen Angus) with the traditional sides dishes (roasted potatoes, frigitelli, grill vegetables) and tasting Chianti Classico Riserva. 7. Finishing the lunch/dinner with cantucci e vinsanto Note: You are free to buy other wine of our wine list. Steaks are about 1kg, we are serving two different types of meat starting from 3 people sharing the experience if not will be just one steak for a single or a couple.

Hi to everyone! My name is Carlo Alberto Im a food lover since I had memory! my passion to the kitchen started since I was a young boy. My father has a Bakery & Pasticceria he bakes any type of bread/desserts around 70 varieties, and believe me, I can said always that his bread is the best I'd tried! Why we decided to create this experience? because my very close friend Lorenzo, last year open his own steakhouse, we both are meat lovers and decided to share the best of it creating this experience, in a steak house the queen is obviously the steak, which is cooked by us exclusively on the charcoal grill, it is processed at home using only selected loins, completely traceable and certified. Our choices of meat and all the raw materials we use are the results of a constant and daily selection, which we personally carry out.
