Welcome to FITVIBES, my funny sweaty space!
I am hosting a HIIT & FUNCTIONAL class - for all fitness levels (no worries!) consisting of total bodyweight exercise accompanied by amazing tunes and all my energy& motivation taking you till the end of the workout sweaty and smiling!
We will start with a warm up to get our bodies ready, the core of the workout consist of different functional exercise which will make you burn many calories & of course .. make you fitter (and happier :) - finally we will focus and Abs and strechting to bring our heart rate down and to thank our bodies for the amazing workout.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Safety First: in order to follow an extensive hygiene protocol, there are no partner exercises, hand sanitizers will be provided and we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands before and after the workout
Our rules for each workout:
- A minimum distance of 2m between each person
- No physical contact at all
- A towel is mandatory
Other things to note
Although the class will be adjusted to all fitness levels, a basic level of fitness is required.
Talk to me before the class, tell me your needs & goals for a better experience! You will be asked to fill in a PAR-q form confirming your good health status.

We will be working out in one of the most suggestive and scenic locations of Rome, Villa Borghese is one of the biggest park of the city aka my favorite workout outdoor location!

It has been a great experience to work out with Eleonora in Villa Borghese. Eleonora was very kind and eager and so it has been real fun to join that workout. It has also been really nice to meet new people. Villa Borghese is very beautiful as well and it has been really special to get to do some sports in such an amazing environment. Thank you very much!

The workout set up in a very beautiful location and it was amazing. Time passed by quickly because it was so much fun, I really enjoyed it.
Ele is super friendly, professional and delivered a very cool class. I could follow the class smoothly as the exercises are suitable for each fitness level and she also shares tips on how to make them easier (or push harder).
Overall, it was a great start of the day and I wish I could repeat this again and again!!!

I had a fantastic start of the day with Ele and her super AM workout. I found her workout really fun yet effective and complete combining total body cardio and strength exercises . Her energy and motivation are contagious, I really enjoyed the class and I will book another session again while in Rome, so I can have more pizza and gelato :) … also I loved the music she used making the experience even better.
If you are looking for a good sweat in one of the most beautiful park in Rome, try this out! I can’t wait for the next session!
