I am teaching Hatha Vinyasa Yoga style and my yoga classes are inspiring and fun. It starts with some breathing exercise or pranayama to connect to the inner self and disconnect from the outside world. Then we need to warm up a bit, do some stretching to be ready to move from less challenging postures to more challenging and back to less challenging. In general, most of my yoga sequences are liner and flow, one posture (or asana) follows another in a logical step-by-step direction. It always has the main theme: yoga for heart opening or hip opening, or for stretch or for calm your mind or for a particular body part (shoulders or legs) or around one type of pose (like backbends or handstands).
I was born in Georgia, raised in Moscow and now living in Barcelona. Exploring the world, living in the different countries, spending time with my family and friends, meet new amazing people, teach and practice yoga - this is now how my life looks like. I went to India to learn more about ancient science YOGA. After two months of studying, I went back to Barcelona and star my own teaching practice. Since then I am learning, teaching, organizing retreats and workshops all around the world. And I can say that I am a quite happy person living her best life :)
Yoga classes will be in the different locations of the beautiful Montjuic hills. I do my own practice only there. The First location will be - "placa de Europa", the other day we gonna move more to Calatrava Tower and also to park "Jardí d'Aclimatació" .

- Be on time or early - Wear comfortable clothes - Yoga practice barefoot - If you don't have experience in yoga that's ok, I am giving personalized attention to all my students
