I can teach you Italian vegetarian cuisine: homemade pasta (both egg pasta or semolina pasta), sauces (simple tomato sauce, pesto), legume-based dishes (farinata, panelle, ...), vegetable-based dishes (aubergine caponata, pepper peperonata, scapece of courgettes, ...), vegetarian lasagne, Italian cakes and sweets (Neapolitan pastiera, tiramisù, Sicilian almond biscuits, chestnut castagnaccio, ...). I did not list every dish I know, so, if you would try to learn something which is not mentioned above, just text me and I will tell you if I am able to make it.
You will bring home the food we will have cooked together. I will contact you to arrange the menu before you come.
I will provide all the tools and ingredients we need. Please do let me know about any allergy or dietary restriction.
The experience will be held in my kitchen, just three minutes walking from "The Forest" tram stop and the nearby car park. My flat is located on the ground floor of an old terraced house.
