I can teach you Italian vegetarian cuisine: homemade pasta (both egg pasta or semolina pasta), sauces (simple tomato sauce, pesto), legume-based dishes (farinata, panelle, ...), vegetable-based dishes (aubergine caponata, pepper peperonata, scapece of courgettes, ...), vegetarian lasagne, Italian cakes and sweets (Neapolitan pastiera, tiramisù, Sicilian almond biscuits, chestnut castagnaccio, ...). I did not list every dish I know, so, if you would try to learn something which is not mentioned above, just text me and I will tell you if I am able to make it.

I am an Italian PhD student of the University of Nottingham. Even though my work is about Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Sciences, I have always been interested in cooking (I started learning something very basic when I was 8!). My skills have been improving for ten years.

The experience will be held in my kitchen, just three minutes walking from "The Forest" tram stop and the nearby car park. My flat is located on the ground floor of an old terraced house.
