Start with pickup at your central Hanoi hotel at 5:30pm, then strap on a helmet for a bike trip through Vietnam’s colorful capital city. Motorbikes will be operated via Paloma Motorbike Tours. Kick off the evening by zipping across the Long Bien Bridge to catch a classic Hanoi sunset over Westlake before starting your food tour of the city. Visit two street food vendors for tastings of local food, as I shall show the history and cultural significance of each dish you try, offering a Vietnamese perspective on the region's diverse cuisine. Your next stop is at a classic Hanoi “street barbecue,” where you can dine on a wide variety of foods, including charcoal-grilled meats and noodles. Soak up the local atmosphere of the roadside spot—street barbecue is a favorite outing for Hanoi families—and challenge yourself to try some unfamiliar foods that you’ll only find here. End the night on a sweet note, at a street food stall that specializes in desserts and sweet treats, then make your way back to your hotel, with drop-off at around 10pm.
Hi there! Michael is here. I've been working as a local tour guide for more than 3 years. From bottom of my heart, I'd love to share local history, cultures and foods. I am a big fan of street foods. That’s why I organize this experience for you to try a delicious mix of tastings and try the unique combinations of flavors in the Vietnamese cuisine with the help of a local foodie guide in the best local eateries.
