The cooking experience will be located in the city centre, 2 minutes far from piazza "Erbe" by walk. Firstly I'll give you a glass of a good local white wine served with a really traditional appetizer, and during this time I explain you the history of Risotto in our town and why is it so famous here. Then I'll start to prepare, with your help, the risotto with porcini mushrooms and then the risotto with tastasale (a very typical sausage made of pork meat), and during the activity I'll tell you all the secrets about making risotto and some chef's tips. After we will all sit at the table, eating and drinking a very special wine "Valpolicella", during this time you will relax, have fun and enjoy the atmosphere of the Italian cuisine. At the end of the experience, be ready for a very sweet SURPRISE!!!
Hi! My name is Andrea and my passion for cooking started since I was kid. That's why I studied in "ALMA", one of the best culinary school we have in italy.
