We will do a trip into the structure of the oil mill, between flowers, vegetable garden, lemon and olive trees. Between October and December (it depend of the olive maturation) we will assist to the processing of the olives and then the transformation into extra virgin olive oil. The other months, I will show you a video clip about the whole processing cycle, from the olive harvest to the obtainment oil. We will continue with a tasting of our oil that we will offer you with bruschetta, one first traditional dish, typical dessert, local wine and limoncello. You will stay outside in the garden when is summer or inside when it will be winter, you can admire the wonderful scenery of the Napoli Gulf.
I would like to share my knowledge and my passion about good oil not only for the pleasure of doing it, but for keep a project going, started with love more than 60 years ago. Since I was a child, I was curious about oil production; when I grew up I met the man of my life, a great expert of the oil world and he was also the owner of a historic oil mill, we started to construct together our dream.
