Join us in our hip and casual art studio for an evening of painting (with wine or beer). We'll all paint the "painting of the night" which could be La Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, a landscape a beach scene or another painting from our gallery; don't worry, no-experience is required and you'll be guided step-by-step in creating your version of the featured painting. You will learn about mixing colors, blending, composition and light and shadow. At the end of the class you will have a beautiful painting ready to take home and hang on your wall.
Other things to note
Our tables are set up with a 2 meter distance from each other. We will thoroughly disinfect/sanitize the studio before and after each class. Hand sanitizer will be available and masks worn. Doors will be open to ensure proper air flow. Limit to 12 people per class (50% capacity).

I am a professional painter and also a teacher. I've taught painting for over 20 years. My wife Alisa and I, both American, moved to Europe in 2009 after owning an art school in Los Angeles for 10 years. In Europe we ran a fine art summer camp and retreat business for 7 years (5 in France and 2 in Girona, Spain). Now we own Barcelona's first dedicated paint and wine studio. It's not "copy" the painting of the night, it's making your own version of it. You'll learn techniques and leave with a painting you'll be proud of.

We had such an amazing time at Art Bar during the painting class! The hosts were so attentive to making sure we had a great experience and we truly did. We had seen classes like this before, but have never attended. But on our vacation to Spain we really wanted to give it a shot, and we had a blast! Start to finish was just amazing.
The white wine was lovely, the appetizers were exquisite and the hosts were great conversationalists. Will definitely return!
