We love Natural food and wine!
Our language = slow food, natural wine, triple a, farm, sustainable, demeter, territory,wild!!
If you speak our language you will seek a different, more authentic side of Milan and of Italy.
We will share the stories behind our collection of Italian Natural Wines produced by small artisans, paired with traditional recipes of the Italian culture ( we don't have a fixed menu but like to change all the time especially according to seasons!! ). We travel to discover "forgotten" regional recipes and always use fresh and organic ingredients - all our veggies are from our urban vegetable garden, cheeses from small farms, fish from fish market, etc..
You will be welcomed inside our home full of vintage wonders in a retro style building in the heart of Milan.
What makes our experience unique is not only the dinner we will prepare for you and share, but all the research, energy, time we require to select, discover and choose each single ingredient we use.
We will tell you about Italian traditions and territories that we love, explain what Natural Wine is, share our secret recipes with you.
We will suggest particular itineraries for your stay in Milan and around Italy off the beaten track.
We have no prejudice against anything! Everyone is welcome in our home! We are WORLD-FRIENDLY!

We are a very passionate couple specialized in organic Wines and niche products made by small Artisanal producers.
Even though we have travelled around the world and studied in Academies, our first Teachers were our Nonna and Mamma!!
We love to cook and pair our wines as well as visit winemakers! We travel around the world in search of new inspirations. Valentina (english mother tongue) is from 5 Terre but has an international background (NYC, Tokyo etc), Marco is from Sardegna.
We love meeting new people, music, art, vintage & share secrets about Milan, suggest itineraries in Italy to find hidden beauties that are otherwise hard to find!

The dinner is in our Home, a vintage style apartment full of wonders, books and music in the Heart of Milan.
We are a 7 min walk from the Design District of via Tortona and 7 min walk from Wagner metro stop.

I had a wonderful evening at Valentina and Marco's.
They were excellent hosts, and I'd recommend you join them for an evening of fantastic food, with multiple dishes from across Italy (antipasti, primo, secondi, dolce -- the works!), great wine, and really nice company.
They were very attentive and they followed all the covid guidelines -- they wore masks, there was good ventilation, social distancing, etc. I felt safe and secure at all times.

Valentina and Marco gave me a totally unique and, for me, unprecedented dining experience. They combined the warmth of a family meal with an exquisite selection of Italian foods from the regions of Sardinia and Sicily, each meticulously selected and combined in a way that dazzled the senses. They explained beautifully the origin and history of each ingredient and paired the meal with the appropriate wine (even selecting a red wine according to my preference which matched the seafood courses with scallops, shrimp and swordfish). To top it off, the meal and experience were a very good value, one which I have never had before and which could not be replicated even in the finest of restaurants. Plus I now have two new friends who are more than welcome to visit our home in Dallas. Bravissimo!
