This is a very different boat experience from those offered by the yacht companies in the Waterfront. There's no set route and the emphasis is on finding and safely and respectfully watching the amazing creatures in this spectacular environment. After a short safety briefing, our route is dictated by where I expect to encounter dolphins, whales, seals, penguins, sunfish, and other amazing ocean wildlife. These trips are a photographers dream. Always safe, respectful and legal, the encounters are close and very exciting with jaw-dropping views of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The boat is an exhilarating 7.2m power boat that allows us to move nimbly as needed. It's fully equipped with safety equipment that goes beyond the SAMSA requirements for these trips. Bring warm clothes, sun cream cameras and an adventurous spirit. Please feel free to contact me for exclusive boat charters and group bookings.

Since my early childhood, I've had a great love for boats and the environment. I've spent countless hours on the water, watching this dynamic environment at work. When not on my boat, I'm always watching the bay, its weather, water, and creatures. I get a lot of joy from sharing truly unforgettable experiences and enriching them with an understanding of, and compassion for the ocean environment.
A safe and capable boat With a passionate, experienced and knowledgeable skipper and full safety equipment
We start from Table Bay , possibly exploring the new and established marine protected areas heading near Robben Island and Oudekraal and everything in between. The idea is that we go where we need to to find these incredible creatures. There is no set route!
