I'm a trained chef (South African Chef's Academy) who is passionate about giving people amazing experiences and skills they can take forward into their everyday lives. I have been doing cooking lessons for the past four years and have just opened up my own food studio in my luxury apartment in Bantry Bay. The kitchen is state of the art and has beautiful 180 degree sea views. I host this experience on my own and enjoy meeting new, passionate, interesting people.

You will be entering my private residence in Bantry Bay. It is a double story apartment overlooking the Atlantic ocean. It is where I host my cooking lessons throughout the year and the venue is known as Salt & Sage.
