We'll meet by a subway station and walk to a friendly bookshop and a charming second-hand bookshop in Pinheiros, a bohemian neighborhood. We'll take two subway stations (ticket included) to Jardins where we'll visit an underground literary passage and the biggest bookstore in Brazil. You'll have time to leaf through books in each of them and buy any if you'd like to. Three of them have books in English and other languages although the majority will be in Portuguese. You'll get to know more about Brazil through its bookshops. Please contact me for other time slots that are not on the calendar. I can adapt to your travelling schedule.
I was born and raised in Sao Paulo. After living in other countries (USA, Germany and England) to study, I recently returned to my hometown, where I can experience the city with a different set of eyes. I have a background in psychology, neuroscience and a PhD in cognitive innovation, as well as I work as a screenwriter and independent filmmaker.
