Anita is an Agricultural Engineer, Expert in Virgin Olive Oil Tasting by the University of Jaen in Spain and a Holistic Wellness Coach. After 20 years in the corporate world, she has decided to leave behind her training career in natural cosmetics in Athens and move to Mykonos to follow her calling for spreading awareness on how people can live a healthier and longer life with a full heart. Olive Oil is her great passion, is Greece's liquid gold, a main culinary ingredient consumed every day & a health elixir. She believes that learning how to recognize, select & consume good olive oil, is one of the most valuable pieces of knowledge that one can offer himself since olive oil is not only the most important cooking staple but a blessed product that can transform lives!

Group Olive Oil Tasting Workshops will take place at Pyli Restaurant in Agios Ioannis Diakoftis Beach during the summer season months (15th of May - 15th of October). Olive oil tastings during the rest of the season will take place in another restaurant that will be announced to you in a private message after the booking. Mykonos Olive Oil Tasting also offers Private Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tasting Events in villas, yachts, beaches, etc.
