I was born in Bologna and I know my town very well, all the little shops, the hidden gems and the special places that serve special food. This tour wants to let you discover the city from a personal point of view, trying to avoid the crowded touristic places. At the end of our walk you will have eaten a complete meal and you will know more about my city! I will lead you to my favourite spots to try the best traditional food. We will start the day with the best coffee in town, talking a little about this iconic drink, then after a short walk we can stop for the most traditional pasta course: tortellini in broth, the best you have ever tried because they were born in Bologna. Moving to a less touristic market through narrow and quiet streets we can admire women making handmade pasta in a way you have never seen! But this is not enough... you have to try some local specialty, a secret well preserved by bolognese people. We will end with a good gelato, because Bologna is also the City of Gelato! If you are interested in this matter, there is also the possibility to visit the Gelato Museum and to have a workshop there.

My great passion leads me to look always for real and traditional food wherever I am, and therefore I'm a big expert about our worldwide famous typical products: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Traditional balsamic vinegar, mortadella and so on...
