I am obsessed with food, my passion led me to become a qualified permaculturist where I have traveled to many countries to learn about farming. I can design growing systems (for any size land) based on natural ecosystems without pesticides. I am also a professional events manager where I have organized events for 5,000 - 200,000 people. During this experience, you will also meet other passionate food experts, such as Raul who is a certified Mexican chef, he will educate the group on Mexican wines, beers & cheeses as well as regional foods. I am an experienced traveler where I have visited over 70 countries either for work, living or pleasure.
