I will be your guide around historic Charleston Waterfront Park and surrounding areas. You will go through beautiful narrow cobble stone streets and secret locations tucked in throughout the heart of the city. It has taken years of networking through the city to gain access to some of the places we will visit. You will not see these places in any brochure so be sure to reserve your spot if you want to see these elusive places off the beaten path. Come see the charm that is over flowing in this historically rich town. Every photographer, aged ten and over, can come to this experience. Bring any camera you want including a camera phone. In our photo walk, I will show you interesting perspectives and angles to capture picture perfect images. As a long time photography instructor I can assist with camera settings. If you are using a camera phone I can offer some tips for those too. As an added bonus I will be photographing you through your experience and will share those images with you with an email you share with me. If you choose to tip it is greatly appreciated. 100% of those proceeds go into a charitable fund to send young adults to church camp annually.
Hello, My name is Thiandra, which in Greek means "Goddess of light". I am a people person and have been teaching photography to all ages for a little over a decade. Many moons ago, at the age of 13, I chose to be a photographer and have never wavered. My works have been showcased in multiple galleries in Connecticut and have been on display in various buildings in Historical Charleston. I have taught photography at Housatonic College. I have been a guest speaker for photo clubs throughout the state of South Carolina. Recently, I was juried in to be a featured artist at The Artisans Center where my photographs are available for purchase.
